HOPE I HELPED =]Trying to grow out my hair, Shampoo and Conditionar?
Deep conditioners and baby shampoo do wonders also try taking multi-vitamins so your hair can be nourished, try aussie 3 minute miracle our anything that says deep conditoning or hair therapy, refrain from using styling tools like blow dryers and flat irons they dry your hair :( No coloring either! It drys your hair sooooo badly.Hope I was a help, good luck...xx ps:Don't chop it all off because its not growing fast enough all you need is time! :] Thats all you need.
Unfortunately, trimming your hair does nothing. ): It isn't the hair that grows, it gets pushed out of the hair follicle caused by keratin buildup. I was using salon brands my whole life until I started using TRESemme Smooth and Silky S+C, and Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship S+C. I like the HE one more, because it smells amazing and makes your hair sooo soft, but Smooth and Silky is much better for your hair and you get a lot. It's all about preference, but I would try both. Make sure you massage your scalp with your fingertips-it stimulates ';hair growth';.
follow these steps......

1. cut the edges of ur hair, trim the ends once in each 3 months.

2. if u r interestd to grow ur hair long, u shud immediately stop fashionabl hair cuts like steps %26amp; feathers %26amp; layers....gve ur hair a simple u-cut.( its found that stylish haircuts causes more hairfall due to improper maintenance)

3. apply a henna paste once n a moth to ur hair .

4. mesagge ur hair softly with these oil-mixture once a week, (castor oil + coconut oil) %26amp; (amla oil + mustard oil/ olive oil)... leave it overnite, shampoo the next day.

5. use a herbal shampoo......and a good conditioner like Sunsilk(pink ie soya and gingsen enriched) or Dove.

6. drink lots of water and include los of vit.c. in ur diets.

7. dont comb ur hair in a hurry, and dont comb for oo many times.

All the best.

If you wanna make your hair grow a little quicker, try massaging your scalp when you shampoo and when you condition. It really doesn't matter what product you use. Massaging the scalp stimulates the roots and causes the hair to grow quicker. Last year my hair was right below my boobs, now it is almost touching my butt. Now when it comes to the dryness you may wanna try Aussie. This shampoo and condition is great and makes your hair really soft and shiny. I suggest applying it to the ends of your hair and letting it sit so it can soak in well. Good luck and hope I helped.

Hair isn't alive and it doesn't grow. Hair is an accumulation of a protein called keratin inside the follicle. As it builds up on the bottom it is pushed out the top, creating ';hair growth';. This is a biological process so nothing that you do to your hair, like trimming it or using some ';special'; shampoo can help. Eat a healthy, protein rich diet and take a regular multivitamin daily. Since hair is protein, eating foods rich in protein like peanut butter, eggs, and fish can help to accelerate growth.

Do not take prenatal vitamins, despite what some uneducated people here may say, taking too many vitamins can do serious damage to your organs, cause arthritis, and can even cause death. It isn't ';just extra nutrients,'; it is deadly so don't believe it. I don鈥檛 mean to sound negative, but this is serious and I don't want to see people get hurt for long hair!

So no shampoo (including Mane n鈥?Tail!) conditioner, or product can, in any way, accelerate hair growth. Hair growth is almost entirely genetic, and a little bit diet, so all that you can do it change your diet. Split ends cause breakage on the bottom of your hair, not at the base. Hair is an inanimate strand of protein, nothing that you do to the bottom if it can have any effect on the top of it. So again, trimming your hair has no effect on growth! Hair does not grow from the ends, it grows from the root!

Hair growth is entirely biological and has nothing to do with the hair that you already have, so having healthy hair DOES NOT mean that it will grow faster. If you want healthy hair, avoid heat at all costs and get a salon quality shampoo and conditioner, wash the conditioner out with cold water.
