Whats the best shampoo and conditioner for colored hair?!?!?

I have recently dyed my hair red-auburn color and i used John Frieda Radiant Red stuff. Well it only made my hair color completely fade and look and feel terrible. Ive also tried dove, pantene, herbal essecense and they all make my hair look like crap!





Does anyone have any other good shampoos and stuff they have used for colored hair?





Also has anyone every tried ARTec or Quantem Reds shampoo? Do they work well?





It needs to be something i can get target, grocery store or Sally beauty supply.

my hair is dyed right now and u want 2 use shampoo that has no conidtioner in it.... after a while u can condition your hair but not right away any conditioner will work
It depends upon your hair. All colored hair is not the same, just as all hair of any kind is not the same. You will have to try different shampoos and conditioners and decide what is right for you. In general though, you probably need one of those shampoos and conditioners which strengthen hair since color tends to destroy the hair shaft.





You might also consider a different color treatment next time. That might be the source of your problem. Make certain that it is not a color treatment that fades after several shampoos, unless that is what you want it to do.
Hurbal essence
neutrogena works really well, and the smell won't knock you out either! You can buy it just about anywhere.

at sally beauty supply they have a product called generic value products, get the stuff for colored hair it works really well

Use Pantene...That's what I use, and it works REALLY good. Any kind of Pantene works.
