What's the best way to shampoo your hair ?

when your hair breaks easily, is long, n is always in tangles after washing (maybe i'm scrubbing too hard?) ? like do u just scrub the scalp n put the rest of the hair under running water? What's the best way to shampoo your hair ?
I have long hair to and had the same problem but of you follow these tips and you will be fine:_

1-Before you shampoo you brush your hair to remove any knots or tangles(of course when before you have your shower or bath and when your hair is not wet because brushing hair when its wet could cause hair loss!)

2- With a comb split your hair to two sides .

3- you start shampooing your first half of your hair from the bottom and work upwards .

(try not to scrub too hard nor cause tangles or knots in your hair while washing it , don't rush)

4- do the same thing with the other half of your hair.

okay after having a bath/shower when your hair is wet it tends to be the weakest and brushing or combing and tying your hair causes it to break easily , so just avoid brushing it or tying it when wet wait at least when it is half away dry. And if you can after washing your hair splash your head in COLD water heard its good for long hair as it does something closing the pores from the chemical residues from shampoos that may be left behind.

Good luckWhat's the best way to shampoo your hair ?
no, your not scrubbing to hard. My hair is short and I get tangles in my hair too. The best way to shampoo your hair is lather some shampoo in your hair (but don't use too much) then apply from top to bottom of hair and rinse thoroughly. Try using a gentle shampoo and avoid alkaline shampoos as they weaken hair and washes out all the natural oil, causing it to dry out.
yeah don't scrub to much gently wash it and quickly soaked it in mid hot water
you apply shampoo to your scalp only. shampooing the tips of your hair drys them out. you gently massage your scalp, for about a minute then rinse with warm water to help open up the hair cuticles.
